Customers are responsible to provide the following:

​

• Power Source: A standard 110-volt outlet within 50 feet of the setup area to power the blower. If no outlet is available, a generator may be needed (we can provide one for an additional fee).

• Water Source: Access to a water hose with a connection within reach of the setup area.

• ​Setup Area: Ensure the setup area is clean, flat, and free of obstacles such as rocks, branches, and debris. The area should be large enough to accommodate the inflatable with at least 5 feet of clearance on all sides. Surface type is preferably grass, but can also be concrete or asphalt. 

• Adult Supervision: An adult must be present to supervise the use of the inflatable at all times to ensure safety.

• Permits: If the event is held in a public park or space, ensure any necessary permits are obtained and provide us with any specific requirements from the venue.
