Cancellation Policy

1) In order to hold the reservation, a deposit of $20.00 is required to secure the reservation. Deposits may vary for Schools, Churches, County/City, and corporate events. The deposit will be applied to the price of the rental. The remaining balance is due upon delivery. 2) GG Jumpers LLC. requires at least 10 days’ notice for any cancellations to receive a “rain check” that is good for a year from the events date that was scheduled. If the balance has been paid in full regardless of the cancellation terms you will be issued a rain check that is good for a year from the events date that was scheduled. 3) In the event of rain and/or strong winds such that the equipment cannot be safely used, GG Jumpers LLC. may cancel delivery without penalty. For inclement weather cancellations, any payments made will be applied to a newly scheduled date, provided the desired equipment and dates are available or a rain check will be issued that is good for a year from the events date that was scheduled. There will be NO refunds unless determined otherwise by GG Jumpers LLC. **Additional delivery fees may apply depending on distance from our Franklin, AL location. GG Jumpers will confirm delivery address and inform customer if any fee applies.
